Alexandra Goldthwaite
Vice President of Western Region
Alex oversees the Western Region (currently consisting of Arizona, California, Oregon, Hawaii, and Washington) for HomeRiver Group, is a senior member of the HomeRiver team and the Broker Associate for HRG Sacramento, a Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC®) located in Sacramento, CA. Alex believes in providing professional, ethical, and accountable asset management to achieve the maximum return on your investment. Alex has obtained the leading three industry designations: Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and Master Property Manager (MPM®) and Residential Management Professional (RMP®), both from NARPM®. Alex maintains a California Brokers License (01838143). Alex holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a BSBA from the University of Arizona. Alex is a founding board member of the REstart charity that is devoted to bringing two of the most basic needs, housing, and employment, to disadvantaged individuals caught in the cycle of poverty and homelessness. REstart offers participants training, mentoring, and job placement assistance leading to careers in property management. Alex resides in Sacramento with her husband and two children.

IRINA NOLL
Regional Manager
Irina was born and raised in Russia and migrated to Unites States with her family in 1992. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Business Management and minor in Accounting in 2004 then immediately jumped into the real estate world during the largest building boom. Irina joined the HomeRiver Group® Phoenix team in 2016 and became the Designated Broker and Regional Operations Manager for the Arizona office. She continuously strives to provide her expertise and guidance to clients to which her team manages as well as ensuring our clients investments are handled with the utmost care.

Dionne Hernandez
Resident Coordinator
Here is her Bio - Dionne has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and worked in manufacturing companies such as General Electric and Honeywell where she specialized in Supply Chain as a Commodity Manager. She joined Home River Group in 2020 as a Resident Coordinator for the office in Spokane, WA. and is enjoying learning about Property Management while being part of a team that strives to provide the highest quality customer service. She lives with her husband and son and likes playing board games with her family.

Kelly Dewey
Property Manager
Originally from AZ, Kelly moved to the Big Island of Hawaii in 2016. Kelly's background through 2017 had been in restaurant and hotel management. Kelly made the transition to property management at the beginning of COVID into commercial property management with Alexander & Baldwin then joined HomeRiver Group and transitioned to residential where the position more fits her background of hospitality and real estate. Kelly works on both the Big Island and Oahu. Kelly loves to earn respect by building trust and through communication.
