As long as you're prepared in court and you've got a lawyer, then an eviction case shouldn't take long and you'll almost certainly win. Bring the signed lease agreement, payment records, copies of emails and texts between yourself and the tenant, evidence of the damage/criminal activity/witness testimonies, and a copy of the eviction notice.
